Below you will find 3 homeowner portal instructional videos that walk through various functions of our new portal!
Login & Payment Options
To Login, please use your email address and password then click “Login”.
Once logged in, on your homeowner dashboard, you will see your account(s) listed with your current balance, assessment amount, and next charge date. If your balance is within parentheses (), this means that you have a credit on your account. To see a more detailed list of transactions on your account, click “View Account”.
If you have more than one property managed by Metropolitan Properties, you will be able to see all linked accounts in one portal.
To select and view your payment options, click payments.
This will allow you to then select “Auto-draft”, “One-Time E-check Payment”, “Reoccurring E-check” or “Credit Card”.
***Please note, to set up auto-draft you must have a $0 balance (or credit) on your account.***
To pay by credit card, you will be re-directed to Revo Pay, where you will need to type in your association and register as a user. If you are already registered, simply login using your previous login credentials.
Submit a Maintenance Request
To submit a maintenance request, you may click either “Submit a Request” on the left hand side or “Requests” on the bottom of the page. This gives you the option to submit a billing question, maintenance request, or a general question.
To submit an ARC request to your property manager and the ARC committee, please click the “ARC Request” button on the left hand side. You may select what type of work is being requested, attach documents, and download your communities ARC forms.
**Please note: You may also download the ARC forms in the “Documents” Folder on your dashboard.**
